This game is about jumping. It's very simple to play, the only thing you have to do is to touch the screen at the correct moments to make the creature jump over the obstacles. But it gets more difficult in higher levels, as there are many extra features in the game, like trampolines, spikes, moving objects, platforms, sticky ceilings and (in later levels) double jumping.
